2025 Ray White Doreen Pro-Am delivers the goods at Yarrambat Park Golf Course
The stunning Yarrambat Park Golf Course set the stage for one of the biggest events on Belgravia Leisure’s calendar—The 2025 Ray White Doreen Pro-Am—held on Friday, February 28th.
170 players – including some of the top professionals in the game – took part in the prestigious event which was filled with exceptional golf, delicious food, and fantastic entertainment.
Victorian Nathan Page refused to let an early double bogey hold him back as he completed a commanding victory at the Ray White Doreen Pro-Am at Yarrambat Park Golf Course.
Drawing inspiration from Harrison Crowe’s 9-under 63 in Round 1 at the New Zealand Open that also included a double bogey, Page bounced back from his early stumble to shoot 8-under 64 and win by five strokes.
PGA Professional & Belgravia Leisure employee Toby Walker put in a terrific performance, finishing in a tie for 2nd with a score of 3 under par. This result capped off a terrific fortnight for Toby, which included securing his China Golf Tour Card for next season.
In addition to the professional tournament, amateurs teamed up with their pro to battle it out in a 4BBB Stableford competition, with Nathan Page, Nathan Mcleod, Glenn Mcredmond and Jarrod Williams claiming victory in spectacular fashion.
Meanwhile, the individual Stableford contest saw amateur golfer Trevor Freestone rise to the occasion, securing first place with an impressive 40 points. Additional prizes were awarded for Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive, adding to the excitement.
Off the course, the energy continued with live music from the talented Gary Eastwood, an array of delicious food trucks and the highly anticipated Ace Society 18th Hole NTP Shootout—where Ben Ford seized the ultimate bragging rights and the $500 cash prize.
None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of the event’s sponsors including Platinum partner Ray White Doreen, Gold partners Premier Clean & Dorani and partners Asahi, Carlton United Breweries, Townsend Signs and Quest Apartments. Their generous contributions helped elevate the day to new heights.
Belgravia Leisure CEO Nick Cox was thrilled to take part, going head-to-head with some of the best in the business.
“What a privilege to play on such a breathtaking course alongside remarkable golfers, partners, and friends. This event is a highlight not just for Yarrambat, but for Belgravia Leisure as a whole. A huge thank you to our sponsors for making it all possible.
“Golf is a sport on the rise, and we are dedicated to making it accessible for everyone, regardless of gender, age, background, or ability. Through our partnership with Golf Australia and LGAs, we’re driving participation with beginner programs and looking forward to an exciting future in golf management across Australia and New Zealand,” said Cox.
Jack McDonald, Belgravia Leisure Golf Programs Manager said “The introduction of a Pro-Am Tournament was a high priority for Belgravia Leisure and the team at YPGC. The course and facilities at Yarrambat are up there with the best in Melbourne, so it was important to host a premium golf tournament to highlight this brilliance to the golfing community”.
The 2025 Ray White Doreen Pro-Am was more than just a tournament—it was a celebration of sport, community, and the bright future of golf.
